Abstract

The present society, where each more the rhythm and the efficacy of taking decisions cannot be considered according to the availability of some ones, should be policies and proceedings which can give an immediate and systematic resolution to the problems as they take place. The project construction is an evident example of the direct consequences in the increasing of costs and deadlines that a non-organised communication may cause.
