Lessons for Market Definition from Air Cargo

Abstract
The Air Cargo case provided the first opportunity for the High Court to interpret the phrase "market in Australia" in s 4E of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Unsurprisingly, this focus shaped the way in which market definition was approached.
