Abstract
As the title suggests, this work examines business organisations of the United Kingdom. This begs the question of the relevance of the essays contained in it to other jurisdictions, including Australia. The history and regulation of the organisations discussed are clearly those of the United Kingdom, and the focus is on United Kingdom law.
