Abstract

Metaphors are recognised as playing an important role in identity construction and meaning making in career (Inkson, 2004; Mignot, 2000), working life (Inkson, Dries, & Arnold, 2007), and organisations (Cornelissen, Oswick, Christensen, & Phillips, 2008; Morgan, 2006).
