Construct Specification of Cultural Intelligence: A Meta-Analysis

Abstract
The literature on cultural intelligence (CQ) has experienced a rapid development that reflects an increased interest in understanding how people adapt across cultures. Despite this development, issues dealing with the construct specification of the competence remain unresolved. We conducted a meta-analysis (K = 106, N = 27,813) of studies on CQ and used its results as input for a path model to test competing specifications of the competence in the context of its nomological network.
