Abstract

I read with interest the comments of Mr Flynn in response to the article Regulating Physiotherapy published in the last issue of this Journal. The article was directed toward a discussion of the legislative scheme and certainly does not seek to reflect adversely upon those whose role it is to act within the provision of the Victorian Physiotherapists Registration Act of 1998. The difficulties to which I drew attention and which remain, are potential shortcomings in that legislation.
