Case detection and diagnosis of tuberculosis in primary-care settings

Abstract

Developing and strengthening the decentralization of health services for tuberculosis in children is feasible and will provide important opportunities to improve case detection and treatment outcomes as well as to implement a more family-integrated, community-based model for treatment support and prevention.
