Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Power: An Ethnographic Study of a Creative Space

Entrepreneurial thinking and behavior in organizations are increasingly being encouraged as a creative response to competitive work environments. This has led some researchers to regard entrepreneurship as a way of creating ‘newness’ by opening up a relational space that brings spaces, objects and bodies together. However, questions remain regarding how interrelations among spaces of objects and bodies produce creativity, as well as the role that power relations play in incorporating this creativity into entrepreneurial projects in ways that benefit the organization.
