Knowledge management in secondary education: A case study of an Australian private school

Knowledge Management has been of interest in the commercial and public sectors of our economies for over a decade. Paradoxically, it is observed that the education sector generally performs poorly when it comes to knowledge sharing and diffusion and has been slow to recognize the opportunity of knowledge management discipline. This case study focuses on St Michael's Grammar School an Australian Independent School and how it has approached the issue of knowledge management with a view to improving operating performance.
