Although the quality standards of construction projects are increasingly complex, less time and cost is allotted to designing, procuring, planning and construction. Clients are also endeavouring to minimise their risk exposure. The research presented in this paper in a mainly qualitative study of the South Australian construction industry examines industry perspectives on several key aspects of stakeholder management.
