Abstract
Traditional architectural education is most commonly structured around the design-based curriculum delivered in the studio-like setting, normally implying a version of teaching methodology which includes individual work on the programmatically determined and site-specific project, i.e. typical graduation project could be a collective housing in Lyon. In this context, research-related activities are often separated from the design process.
