Sexual Differentiation in Marsupials

Abstract

It is most appropriate that a Workshop on Sexual Differentiation should include a review of the situation in marsupials, since they are distinguished from eutherian mammals not only by their different mode of reproduction, but also by the nature, timing and extent of the sexual differentiation of their external and internal genitalia.
