SEAUNSEA an interactive performance

Abstract

SeaUnSea is an evolving interactive event entangling human presence in a virtual seascape. Conceived and created by Dr Carol Brown and Dr Mette Ramsgard Thomsen (CITA Royal Academy of Architecture Copenhagen) the project is presented as a forty minute performance for three professional dancers and a seated audience, and as a public installation. Core to its development has been the making of an intuitive interface in collaboration with Chiron Mottram (Programmer), Michael Mannion (Lighting Designer) and Alistair MacDonald (Composer).
