Abstract

In the two years since the publication of our book Landscape Architecture and Digital Technologies: re-conceptualising design and making, the application of digital tools has moved from their predominant use for representational techniques to a more comprehensive engagement with computational design. Introducing digital techniques into design studios is challenging, for example often requiring the teaching of software during valuable studio time.
