Abstract
Background: It is widely expected in Australia that digital health solutions such as MyHealthRecord (MyHR) have vast potential to enable easier, safer and faster patientcare. Being the gateway to the health system, the general practice environment has been one of the target areas for MyHR adoption. Aim: This doctoral qualitative research aims to investigate MyHR adoption in the general practices of Victoria and explore its users’ views/experiences.
