Abstract
This creative work comprises eight reviews of live concerts and recitals in and around Melbourne featuring both local and international artists, as well as book reviews of: 1) Paul Kildea, Chopin's Piano: A Journey through Romanticism (London: Penguin, 2019); and, 2) Michael Atherton, A Coveted Possession: The Rise and Fall of the Piano in Australia (Carlton: Black Inc Books, 2018).
