Abstract

In video media, especially as they have developed lately, there is the possibility for a profound remaking of the ways we represent sex, eroticism, gender, sexuality. But there is also the strong likelihood that these new techniques will be recruited for a remaking of the old ways. This chapter is about the struggle over the means of representation, and over representation itself.
