Abstract

Transitions modelling is a growing niche within the sustainability transitions community. Transitions models are defined as the application of modelling techniques to investigate the profound and pervasive transformation of societal systems on generational timescales. Transitions modelling has been part of the transitions research portfolio since its inception.
