BACKGROUND: The St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) Vulnerable Older People Model of Care (VOP MOC) is embedded in clinical practice to safeguard and improve the quality of care for vulnerable older people (VOP) where elder abuse (EA) is suspected or detected.
