What If We Could Reimagine Copyright? | ANU Press | Published : 2017
Abstract
As flagged in the introduction, this book’s contributions exhibit rich divergence: they identify the aims of copyright differently, offer a variety of conceptions of the ‘public interest’, and sometimes fundamentally disagree with one another. We do not, in this book, offer one coherent vision for a future, redesigned, ideal copyright law.
