Consumers’ experience with Take Two therapeutic program

Learning what children, their families, think about their experiences in a therapeutic program can inform practice and organisation of services. This presentation provides a unique consumer perspective as it presents and analyses feedback from child and family consumers of a therapeutic program, Berry Street Take Two program in Victoria. Children referred to Take Two are clients of Child Protection for whom abuse has been substantiated. The aim of this presentation is to demonstrate the value and challenges of obtaining feedback.
