Abstract
The Female Subject was a livestream event on Facebook in 2018. This project gave viewers the chance to have a unique experience of art & performance live via Facebook livestream. Each event went for approximately 5 minutes. The short events emerged out questions around what it means to be a woman today. Many questions were looking at how a woman’s family and her expectations of women inform one’s experience of womanhood.
