Abstract
Associate Professor Lim’s book advocates the imposition of fiduciary duties on listed company shareholders in common law jurisdictions in Asia, reconceptualising the role of such shareholders. It does so by detailed analysis of listed companies in Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Malaysia. There are three central parts to the argument.
