Strong coupling between excitons in J aggregates and waveguide modes in thin polymer films

Abstract
We observe waveguide exciton-polaritons with large room temperature Rabi splittings of 190 meV and 125 meV for TE and TM modes respectively. The experimental results are in good agreement with numerical simulations. © 2011 Optical Society of America.
