Abstract

Sexuality is an integral part of life. Although sexual dysfunction following stroke is thought to affect >50% of stroke survivors, this is often poorly managed. As awareness of sexual dysfunction following stroke increases as an important issue, a clearer evidence base for interventions for sexual dysfunction is needed to optimize management.
