Allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) is a potent form of immunotherapy and an important treatment modality for patients with haematological malignancies. While alloSCT is a curative therapy for many patients, relapse remains a significant cause of treatment failure in a considerable proportion of patients. There is therefore an unmet need to improve the outcomes of patients after alloSCT by identifying patients at high risk of relapse and to develop effective strategies to prevent relapse in these patients.
