Abstract

This study investigated Vietnamese English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers’ judgements of their competence in multiple-choice test item writing for English reading and listening skill tests. The current study sought to construct and empirically calibrate a developmental framework that operationalises Vietnamese teacher competence in multiple-choice test item writing for English reading and listening skill tests.
