Abstract

State-space representation of the positioning corrections gives PPP-RTK a marked advantage over its observation-space counterpart, network-RTK. Making use of the distinct temporal properties of the GNSS parameters (states), the PPP-RTK correction provider is in a position to optimize the transmission bandwidth required for sending the corrections to single-receiver users. In this contribution, we study a single-receiver constant-velocity setup with which a reference receiver can act like a PPP-RTK correction provider, sending individual state-space corrections that are subject to time-delay.
