Abstract
In the US, the number of home visits or house calls has been declining. In Australia, it remains an extremely useful method by which to perform a comprehensive assessment of an older patient. We describe the case of a patient who presented with falls and cognitive decline due to polypharmacy which was only diagnosed by performing a home assessment.
