One of the biggest shifts in existing power hierarchies can be brought about by bringing more women to the fore. There is a need to address the under representation of women in the higher echelons of power so as to make them the key decision makers, subsequently creating more women role models. Masculine style of decision making that focuses on competitiveness, assertion and authority is considered the single ideal.
