Abstract
ObjectivesPreeclampsia (PE) is a severe complication of pregnancy characterized by an excessive maternal systemic inflammatory response with activation of the immune system. However, few therapeutic options exist aside from delivery. In treating variety of diseases, CsA exertits positive effects by immunosuppressive role. The aim of the study was to test the hypothesis that Cyclosporin A attenuate inflammatory response on a preeclampsia model.MethodsUsing a low dose of lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 1.0μg/kg) on gestational day (GD) 14 to induced preeclampsia (PE) rat model.
