Abstract
Thrombolysis Guided by Perfusion Imaging up to 9 Hours after Onset of Stroke (Original Article, N Engl J Med 2019;380:1795-1803). An error occurred in the calculation of a tertiary outcome (early neurologic improvement). In the final paragraph of the Efficacy subsection of Results (page 1799), the first sentence should have ended, “…and early major neurologic improvement at 24 hours occurred in 28.3% of the patients in the alteplase group and in 11.6% of those in the placebo group (adjusted risk ratio, 2.52; 95% CI, 1.40 to 4.56),” rather than “…in 23.9% of the patients in the alteplase group and in 9.8% of those in the placebo group (adjusted risk ratio, 2.76; 95% CI, 1.45 to 5.26).” In Tab..
