Abstract

BACKGROUND: There are conflicting data regarding the association between allergy and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). the objective of this study was to determine whether an allergy is a contributing factor to CrSwnP. MEthODS: We conducted a prospective non-randomized controlled study comparing patients suffering from CrSwnP with participants who had no nasal symptoms.
