Abstract

‘Offshore’ jurisdictions are typically associated with the Channel Islands or the Caribbean. However, the South Pacific region also has countries with ‘offshore trusts’. The focus of this chapter is on ‘offshore trusts’ in the Cook Islands, Niue and Western Samoa (hereafter Samoa).
