The Full Picture or Too Much Information? Evidential Use of Body-Worn Camera Recordings

Abstract
Given the current growth in use of body-worn cameras by a range of professionals who respond to incidents that might result in criminal proceedings, it is likely that the recordings they produce will be increasingly relied upon to resolve matters that are in dispute. While there is now a fairly substantial body of writing on the use of these devices, the evidential issues that arise in respect of recordings has so far received little attention.
