Abstract

Stemformatics is an established online gene expression data portal containing hundreds of carefully curated and annotated datasets. The website has recently been completely re-designed using the latest full stack technologies. It contains a suite of visualisation tools which enable easy exploration of the data, as well as an API server which can be used to access the data directly. One of Stemformatics’ key features is the integrated data atlas where the user can project their own data and classify their cell types against a reference.
