Abstract Introduction Insomnia symptoms are common during the perinatal period and are linked to adverse parent/infant outcomes. This single-blind 3-arm randomised controlled trial examined how two interventions targeting different mechanisms prevent postpartum insomnia compared to sleep hygiene control.
