Abstract
This chapter discusses insights gained from analysing the interviews with technology and facilities leaders. When teaching and learning systems are disturbed with new ideas and activity, one of the first noticeable aspects is the introduction of new language. In many cases, the more popular and influential an idea appears to be, the more the language surrounding it is co-opted by different advocacy groups in the institution to support a variety of causes.
