Abstract

Radiotheranostics with 177Lu-PSMA have changed the treatment paradigm in patients with prostate cancer, becoming the new standard in certain settings. Terbium-161 (161Tb) has been recently investigated as a potential radionuclide for radiotheranostics in various types of cancer, including metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
