Abstract

Context Data on cardiovascular outcomes in patients with chronic hypoparathyroidism (hypoPT) are limited. Objective To investigate the risk of cardiovascular outcomes, acute myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation/flutter, heart failure, valvular heart disease, peripheral artery disease, and stroke/transient ischemic attack (TIA) in patients with chronic hypoPT.
