Abstract
This book consists of the fundamental information of wood mechanical properties and wood anatomy for the sixty-nine natural tree species grown in Lao P.D.R. The mechanical properties included modulus of rapture and modulus of elasticity. The wood anatomy provides features of cells in cross section, tangential, longitudinal. The geographical coordinates for each tree are available. This information of wood could be used as a reference of wood characteristic, the mechanical properties is essential for engineer in construction and furniture design while wood anatomy is fundamental data for wood identification.
