Abstract

Background As use of CGP becomes part of mainstream cancer management, care models are required to overcome testing barriers and improve support for oncologists (oncs) with varied genomic expertise, particularly in underserved regions. Methods We undertook a 200 patient, multisite, hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial to assess the integration of ctDNA pan-cancer panel testing into clinical care. Three service models across 6 metropolitan and regional centres allowed for delivery of CGP to pts outside of, but supported by a comprehensive cancer centre (CCC). Blood for ctDNA was drawn locally, then transported for centralised testing and multi-site molecular tumour board. Education, con..
