Abstract

Reads in the published version: Other qualitative explorations of participant experiences worldwide have similarly demonstrated the high acceptability of remotely delivered, home-based. Our study deepens the qualitative evidence base supporting remotely delivered programs and adds new critical context regarding the key drivers of behaviour change and acceptability that can be leveraged to implement these programs into clinical practice. Many of the findings within this qualitative study echo and support the quantitative findings of the broader RCT [11].
