Abstract

This edited collection underscores the importance of identifying evidence-based solutions to tackle issues of gender discrimination. As the authors have outlined, there are a range of next steps that can be taken to create more just and inclusive worlds for women. These include policy interventions, practical solutions that can be applied across key stakeholders and theoretical and structural changes. Some of these recommendations already exist in certain jurisdictions, offering concrete examples for expanded adoption.
