Abstract
We present code fitting pairwise interaction Gibbs point process models to seasonal tropical forest in the Huai Kha Khaeng (HKK) Wildlife Sanctuary in western Thailand. The paper accompanying this code is (to appear) in the Journal of Ecology. The paper's title is: "Spatial pattern reveals process in a species-rich seasonal tropical forest: insights from a multi-type point process model" by Ian Flint1, Patrick J.
