Abstract
Understanding how neurological disorders disrupt brain network topology requires modeling the brain’s hierarchical and multiscale organization. However, existing brain graph learning methods predominantly focus on single-scale structures, limiting their ability to capture interdependent topological alterations across modalities and scales.
