Susceptibility amplitudes for the three- and four-state Potts models

Abstract

The finite lattice method of series expansions is used to calculate a number of extended series for susceptibilities of the three- And four-state Potts models on the square lattice. We analyse all these series and estimate their critical amplitudes. We resolve an uncertainty in amplitude ratios for high- To low-temperature susceptibilities, and thus provide confirmation of field-theoretic predictions. © 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
