XIAOKAI YANG AND THE ECONOMICS OF SPECIALISATION

Abstract

This article provides a brief introduction to the Yang model of specialisation and its implications for economic growth; and seeks to provide a basis for farther research by suggesting some ideas on how work on the model might be developed.
