Abstract
The polymer inverse opal structures for optical affinity biosensing were studied. The principles of optical transducing based on Bragg's law of diffraction were used. The ordered arrays of spherical poly(styrene) colloids were used as templates for the fabrication of conjugated copolymer inverse opal-affinity biosensors.
