Abstract
Design and development of an innovation-evolution system is dependent on a user's ability to innovate around system dysfunctionalities and identification of systematic efforts for evolving innovations. The approximate matrix in the innovation-evolution cycle include conformant use and user innovation. A cycle between Developer Innovation and Conformant Use for Developer led innovations form ideal design and use cycle dependent on cooperative interaction. User led innovation is started by efforts to maintain consistency between the purposes of the system and the changing work environment. Reflection permits the dysfunctionality to be recognized, while empowerment enables users to communicate ..
